At the time of purchase it should be noted that the kofax vrs software that comes with the scanner when purchased separately costs about 12 of the price of the scanner

The service calls were expensive although not as expensive as fujitsus maintenance plans

My rating reflects the fact that the scan quality is excellent the scanner speed is as fast as advertised and for the amount of work scanned it has been troublefree
