Pros

Rechargeable type battery is the way to go, unless you like spending money on batteries. Use these in a nikon sb 5000 with a quantum turbo battery pack. I recommend a good charger / analyser to keep your batteries in top condition.

I got an 8 pack of these off ebay for 15 bucks (4 aa and 4aaa).


Higher mah capacities cost more but last longer between charges.

    What attracted me to this brand of rechargeable batteries was the fact that they were made in japan in the same factory that makes eneloop and ladda according to my research

    Initially they tested at 18021859 mah which was quite disappointing because it was below the advertised minimum of 1900 mah
