The scanner is a lot faster for one but the main benefit is the screen that lets you customise actions on the screen as you scan

There is a useful attachment for scanning business cards but its annoying there is no designed space for this to live attached to the scanner when its not in use

The major benefit is that the pdf title is guessed from ocr and it’s often correct

My receipts have the name of the store and the receipt date rather than the scanned date in the file name a game changer for expenses

It’s also convenient that when liked to a cloud service it’s not reliant on the pc so i just open it up wait for 10 secs for connection then scan

This has an auto feed only so cannot scan books like a flatbed

I have been able to set it up so i can scan bank statements credit card statements wage slips all into there own folder structure
