Pros

Super fast, hasn't malfunctioned/jammed yet. It is stunningly fast and efficient.

This scanner is every bit as good as the more expensive one. I install these absolutely anywhere i'm able to get clients to spend the money. If it lasts the decade my last one did the cost is no big deal, for a daily workhorse in my small office.

Cons

Build quality is cheap as can be. Only a couple of pages per day in soho, and crazy careful about all my material.

Scanner is useless. Software is abysmal. Scanner has very limited functionality.

Ams was incredible -- they were able to change our delivery last minute so that we could have our scanners installed before a walk through.

We needed to add a scanner and got this one which is so much faster and clearer!

To their credit they allow return after 40 days, but made me pay return shipping.

Fast forward two weeks and i get a call from an unrecognized number.
