Best money i have spent for a light weight scanner or any office product.
I'm very meticulous on what i buy and how the product works so im not just ranting and raving on some product i purchased on amazon.
I have not had 1 single problem with this product.
Packaging/appearance
Worked right out of the box scanning to a folder labeleld scan all by itself.
Competitiveness
I bought a cheaper competitor for my mom and it did not work nearly as well and she gave up on it long ago.
I used a larger, more expensive scansnap scanner that i had on campus to send documents to students.
