Personally im not a fan of neat tried it but never really got the hang of how it was handling documents plus it wanted to put everything in the cloud which is something i absolutely did not want to do you can change that setting

Also its online based so if you lose your internet connection you may not be able to use the software

Even called support who clearly is support for software only as they never seemed to be able to understand the problem enough to provide a solution

Scanner seems to work fine but my complaint is about the false advertising by this seller
