Perhaps it’s the installer and not the product that is the issue ( this would not be the first time🤣)
I am going to uninstall and completely re-assemble and try it one more-time.

For value, you get only two stars because my husband had to go to the hardware store to purchase an allen wrench set.
I’d say the quality for the price is a good buy.

Easy it assemble and install but have had major issues with the cat stand that is located in between the two separate scratch columns

I would have in loosen one column to move the stand around but then the entire entire scratcher became wobbly

We had to use 18 2” toggle bolts to install most shelves as the anchors that came with it did not work for our walls

I know some people have used longer toggle bolts but we had to buy shorter ones

The wood pieces were nice and the sisal rope was firmly attached however there was a strong smell of insecticide

Also one of the 2 included allen wrenches was the wrong size but i had my own that worked
