I needed to replaced them and they have a good thickness and resistance
These are great , long life and our cats happily scratch these mats rather than our furniture
Everything smelled terrible when it showed up (tip for that, though: if you put it in the direct sun, the smell will quickly disperse).
The scratch pads are high quality and these are going to last me probably 3 years.
Price
Great value for the price, it took months to go through the previous scratches since you can just flip them over when they get too raggedy.
I buy less often, so even though the initial cost is higher, i end up spending less over time.
So the downsides: it’s expensive for basically a box and 5 thin scratcher refills.

Very well packaged, nice sized, all the cats and kittens use them !
I figured this pack with 5 scratchers would be perfect then, but it turns out that they both just love the box.
Cats enjoy the box they arrive in too.

My larger cat pictured is 18 lbs and super long and he fits into it while bulging out the sides a bit

So i think as long as you don’t have a huge maine coon you should be okay on the size
