You’re supposed to really shake it and fluff it but even when you do that, there were some empty areas.
It all comes vacuum sealed and needs about 24-48 hours to puff up.

Overall, really great value and i'm very happy with it!

After opening the package, i left the inside pieces out overnight so that they could fill with air and fluff up.

The corduroy material of the cover is super soft and comfy but does show snarf marks from dog droll and stuff

The filling is chopped up foam not solid which makes it squishy to sit in he seems to approve

Assembly was easy enough after i sorted out that you have to turn the cover inside out to stuff the arms and back before you put the bottom pillow in

The zipper part where you put the arms and back is actually inside the other zipper part so there is only one zipper exposed in the end

I still needed to roll and pat the pillows around a good bit in order for them to be fluffed up to satisfaction
