    Mushrooms always have dirt and whoknowswhatelse on them when you get them home from the store and i spend a ridiculous amount of time carefully washing them and trying not to destroy them while doing so to make sure i get all the gook and dirt and whathaveyou off

    To be honest i dont see much point in the gill scraper for normalsized mushrooms since it seems far too large for that

    I guess maybe the big portobello mushrooms would be the proper size for that so ill have to try it out for those the next time we buy them
