The handle feels sturdy, durable, and it doesn’t bend against the pressure of frozen icecream.
The ice cream scoops i've used in the past have all be difficult to scoop with and felt cheap.
The scoop attacks even the hardest frozen ice cream without bending or breaking.

Packaging/appearance
The came nicely packages and the first time i held it there was a great balance to the heft of this tool.
The packaging and the scoop itself are plastic-free.

It's definitely easier to get a good amount of product out with a little less effort than i'm used to.
This is one of the better ones we've used, but i've found it to struggle a bit in the hardest options.
