I worked in an ice cream shop a million years ago and would have nightmares that someone would order a triple scoop of pistachio and id go to scoop the pistachio and it would be like a block of ice

The leading edge of the scoop is made from a much thinner material that im used to from scoopers of the past which lets it cut through more frozen ice cream and gets a nice ball going

It does seem like over time its going to be easy to snap off the head of the scooper the way its separated from the handle by a kind of neck of metal
