Pros

It also comes with a well mapped out cardboard template that was extremely helpful. The mounting plate is thick, solid and heavy metal. It's sturdy after i attached it on the wall and hanged up 50 inches tv.

Easy to install. Easy to follow instructions. Sliding adjustment for 16 or 24 studs that can slide to the left or right.
