My husband uses it and says it improved the quality of his sleep.
I take the jujube supplement about 1 to 1-1/2 hours before bedtime and so far, so good.
About an hour after taking it my blood pressure was lowered by about 10 points (top & bottom numbers).
My husband has been taking this for a few months and says it has all but gotten rid of his diabetic neuropathy.
Price
It is inexpensive enough that if you have sleep issues, i really think it would be worth trying.
I haven't see any results but it's good price

I've tried melatonin and that didn't work.
I also take with melatonin, 5-htp, trypotophyn together and i get a better result.
So, what i've done is research other options, and i came across a scientific study that incorporated jujube, valerian root, and hops.

I wont take anything that could be habitforming and melatonin often makes me feel really awful the next day although liquid melatonin i buy from amazon allows me to take less than you get in pill form and that helps

I will say that not everyone i have suggested this to has had the same results as me

I suspect that part of the reason is that this is not a combination that will knock you out you still have to be reasonable about an evening winddown routine that eliminates excess blue light electronics and stimulants like caffeine
