Pros

It’s waterproof but not exactly breathable. This is fully waterproof. With everything encased, our routine is back to normal.

I have a 6-inch thick latex mattress plus a 2 inch memory foam topper. It fit my 20 mattress with room to spare. It takes a minute to put it on the mattress by yourself but manageable.

The mattress cover has decent coverage. With the help of these mattress covers. And a pest control expert.

Cons

Full polyester encasement (smooth) is what they cannot party in. The zipper is flimsy and often gets caught. Our two year old peed the bed last night and it went straight through onto our new mattress.

Not 100% waterproof. Sweat goes through the protector and mattress is wet. I'm really disappointed as i purchased based on the reviews stating it protects the mattress. This is not waterproof as advertised.
