Perfect size for m, easy to use, lightweight, we use this costume for several years and very happy with it.
The hat was pretty flimsy and i didn't use it.
The hat is useless it was to small to fit on my 13 year old plus it doesn't keep any type of shape.

The hat needed some stitch removal and replacement to make it look right but that took all of about 5 minutes and i am not sower
