The furminator is a longhair older model. I use this with the longer haired cats, and this works amazingly well! And hissing. The cat seems to like the grooming action and the tool removes a ton of hair.

This brush is a total game changer and worth every penny. It gets much more hair than a brush.

This gets her undercoat very well. Her hair is shinier and healthier!

This is disturbing. Given the high price charged for the furminator, this defect is unacceptable. The support website just points to a phone number to call, so i have to waste timeon the phone to resolve this.
