Pros
The wheels roll smooth and 2 of them can lock into place as a brake. The brakes lock solidly, both the wheel rotation and the caster rotation.
This item works perfect with my portable washing machine makes moving it around a breeze. But it definitely could be used for a portable dishwasher or other small appliance.
Ordered this dolly for a portable washing machine in my apartment. This not only makes sure the dolly is the perfect size for your needs, it also prevents it from coming dislodged with the bumps and jarring.

The wheels are nice and smooth its easy to assemble and strong and sturdy to carry heavy furniture.
This a heavy duty dolly, strong build with adjustable length to fit your need like moving furniture and appliances
Its a struggle to push it to the kitchen sink each time to do laundry and a previous dolly i had failed me.
Go slow and be prepared to have to muscle it into place when you are turning it around or precisely positioning it.
Shipping
It arrived quickly and is all that was advertised.
Packaging/appearance
The only thing packaged in the box were the screws and the metal pieces seemed dirty so i'm giving it 4 stars.

Even though it is meant for bigger appliances i was able to 34size it down34 to fit my mini washer like a glove

This fourwheeled dolly base for furniture and appliances was adjusted to its smallest width and that worked for a tall 4drawer filing cabinet that was really heavy and needed to be moved frequently

Assembly was quick and easy with just a few screws though the square tubing was stiff to move and did not slide very easily
