Pros
Bought two for outside garden use. Required additional outdoor electric circuit fitted and certificated by qualified electrician. They are located under my roofed decking area.
Great product, comes with good sturdy aluminum wall bracket and fixings, easy to assemble and *. Remote is simple nd does the job. Installation was pretty easy, i recommend purchasing all purpose anchor bolts for wall mounting.
I wish all suppliers were as good as futura direct. Great product, awesome product, very happy with it. Impressive customer care.
Only downside is the brightness of the red light. It’s in our summer outhouse and we now spend most evenings in there. Only annoying thing is the flashing red led when on standby.

Good quality product delivering good heat levels and easy to install.
Easy to install and use with the remote.
Have not felt the need to have it on full power as yet so overall pleased with the heater and the service.
Fitting was straightforward, took around an hour with the electrics.
Packaging/appearance
It will be interesting to see how it performs in the autumn/winter.
Competitiveness
Really good looking product, good power options, would be nice if it had a timer and a lo ger power cordbut great price.
Unfortunatly one sparked, popped and stopped working in march 2018.
They were advertised on tv at twice the cost.

The heater is easy to install by our electrian heat setting are very good but the remote is poor quality and you have to press it in just the right place to get it to work

Installation was pretty easy i recommend purchasing all purpose anchor bolts for wall mounting as plastic role plugs provided are not the best

Small issue when initially switched on could not get controllers to work emailed vendors who were straight back

No risk it arrived in original box unused but at half the original price

Each of these comes with two remotes which is helpful there is a physical switch on the side of the unit aswell

One of the heaters took out the rcd as soon as it was plugged in
