Pros
The power wires come directly from fuse panel and connect to these terminals. What ever is being switched, connects to this terminal. The blue wire is the positive connection for the switch back lights. The blackwire is the neutral switch connection.
Cons
Switches are flimsy. Connections are cheap. The switch handles rock back and forth left and right and make it look the the switches are all crooked.
