But it's a good value and i prefer the clips to velcro.

So ive bought a few types of dumbbell hip bands like this and they were all trash i dont even use very heavy weights my heaviest is 20lb dumbbells and the other bands just couldnt hold the weight and would drop them or they were too narrow and the band would cut into my hips

Especially if you have a packed gym that never has the smith machine available for hip thrust or if you struggle setting up for hip thrust

I did have a hard time getting back into the tiny roll up shape but thats not an important thing as i use it a lot
