Pros
I love that it swivels. It’s easy to maneuver and adjust. My only complaint is the wall mounted holder does not hold the unit in place.
I am a licensed cosmetologist and it works great for hair cleanup. Emptying it is pretty easy and over all all it’s functions are as expected.

I would have liked to have seen a bit more suction with the long arm, but the short arm is absolutely amazing.
We have a dog and it does the job, not disappointed!
I inspect and realize that the extension with the rolling brush on the end for carpets and floors wasn't rotating.
