Pros
The only minor defect is that the headrest shaft is very tight. Provides a lot of functionality which are only really seen on office chairs that are significantly more expensive. Comes with white gloves - this is a nice touch.

Packaging/appearance
Packaging and quality of chairs seems so good, recommend it.
Competitiveness
I had compared many chair and found this one better than many at this price.
I believe this chair is worth it at the current price point as not many other similar priced chairs are this comfortable and adjustable.
And its heighest setting is barely higher than a camping chair and equal to the lowest setting of a different office chair.
Other than that, it is very comfortable and i think it is a good price point when comparing to other office chairs.

When assembling the chair there are some alignment issues and inconsistencies in the way parts are manufactured

The instructions are very simple but i had screws points misaligned not by a lot but enough to be annoying and a single screw that the alan key would not fit into
