For such a low price i think this really is a bargain. There's a nifty led light on all of them which makes testing switch activation a breeze too!
Cons
There is no rewire that will make this work.

If your willing to take the time and swap ends from the wires that come with the ender 3 to these and remove one wire your fine

You will have to swap ends on one end and remove the center wire from the other
