Pros

Petg adhesion is good and removal is so easy now. No more glue sticks for me. It's one thing to have a good product but to have awesome customer service is another thing.

Cons

The powder-coated textured side of the bed has uneven thickness. Once it starts laying down a bead it's fine, but starting new lines curl up at the beginning, causing issues or gunk to stick to the nozzle.
