If i didnt have the the ear loop from an older blue tooth i would simply order the loop

It fits well enough the volume is good it was easy to connect it is easy to usethe only issue small one more an annoyance is the power switch is tucked up almost under the ear piece making it difficult to turn on and off

The inner ear piece works fine for me and keeps the bluetooth in place but i do not run with it in my ear

I removed the hard plastic piece that wraps around your ear as it was uncomfortable
