Pros
The padding n production is awesome. It is snug, and won't move, and i'm ok with that. Just enough padding to provide a little extra confidence to the batter.
Easy to take on/off. Helps absorb the impact and mitigate pain. I’m not sure how much protection it provides because my son never got hit in the elbow.
Cons
Youth kids under 11 yrs old have a hard time putting on the sleeve by themselves. First one ripped over time of putting it on and pulling it up the arm.

My son would slip the evoshield on prior to batting and take it off once he was safe on base
