Pros & Cons
Pros
I am not willing to purposely take a tumble to make this a complete review, but in inspecting the product when it arrived, i am beyond confident it will do the job" these g-form knee guards offer a lot of impact protection with a very light weight. Th... Read More
Great pair of lightweight knee pads. It's nice to have a lightweight pad like this to protect for impact and rash. Having these knee pads on for my ride means i have no concerns about taking a spill.
These knee pads stay in place while i mountain bike and offer good protection and shock absorbtion. They work very well against basic falls and preventing shin dings from overgrown trail foilage. I use these knee pads when ice skating.
The elite models have a different pattern and more coverage than the pro-x models which is appreciated. They do the job and that's the main thing! They do a great job! Much thicker than thepro model, better coverage too.
These fit comfortably even though a little tight on top around the thighs. I have an xl thigh and a medium calf. The small size fits me comfortably.
Cons
These pads are definitely light weigh and flexible, but the sizing options are inadequate. It is very frustrating that i cant find my size because i would love to use these. They're ok in the comfort department but not great.
Highlights
Quality
Not anything wrong with this product, i just should have bought the longer one.
The product look new and clean, it fit perfectly
I see other reviewers have had trouble with the fit of these guards.

I work for a large shipping company.
Packaging/appearance
With knee and elbow pads what i do is throw the elbow pads in the pack for the climb and the kneepads on my bars.
Competitiveness
Much thicker than the pro model, better coverage too.
The elite models have a different pattern and more coverage than the pro-x models which is appreciated.

While the impact zone is made up of nodes that allow for greater movement its still restricted largely by the compression sleeve

As a result you may not feel fully flexibile when trying to maneuver so its a real tradeoff

My recommendation would be to relegate these for enduro dh freestyle rides only where you benefit from a lift to the top of the hill or for use at bike parks
