Some of the initial reviews had stated that the adhesive wasnt strong and that the padding came off the sleeve and i was pleased to see the manufacturer added cross stitching to address this issue see attached picture

The reason i give it 4 stars is because the stitching on the elastic band eventually will fall apart causing them to slide down your legs

My solution was to re stitch them by hand which i did
