Jeans are definitely a good idea unless you are ok replacing them after a few good falls they dont seem like they will hold up too well to sliding on their own

If you are close to the upper end of one of the sizes consider moving up a size

Then you should be able to slide these on and off like a tight sock before flipping the silicone strip back onto your skin
