Im not sure what basis the 34 focus34 is supposed to be based on aside from literally just having electrolytes and neither the description or the package makes that at all clear

It also doesnt say anything about how much water to use for each pack so i had to figure out for myself that it seems like the best amount is about 20 oz per sachet it gets too salty if you concentrate it much more than that
