I purchased the same sized shorts from several different vendors and these were the only ones that did not fit properly

Also since i did not choose to return them or give the vendor an opportunity to fix the issue but instead gave them away as a gift i felt it was only fair to let them know that they ran small and ask that they consider adding a disclaimer to avoid disappointed customers in the future
