Inch inseam is perfect for any workout routine, from intense gym sessions to casual jogs and basketball games. My son is 5-11 and they even hang down long on him. I am 6ft 3in 220 lbs and they could be a tad bigger on the 2x.

These shorts are lightweight and silky feeling. The shorts have a looser fit, but good for moving about without constraint.

These are well worth the price they are asking if you appreciate the finer things in life. Gone are the days of worrying about my essentials tumbling out mid-rep. Plus, they're a breeze to clean, which is always a bonus.

Your normal size will work without needing to size up unless you're on the upper end of your size. I was glad the seller offers a sizing chart, it is helpful. They fit as ordered.
