It fits just fine for walking or sitting, but anything that requires a lot of arm movement causes the hem to rise up and expose belly skin.
However, the shirt is comfortable and breathable and washes well so not a big deal that the material is a little thin.

With that said i ordered a light blue g gradual workout shirt in xl which is the size i depend on for many of my shirts and pants

In this case as is often the case i didnt check the size chart first which is risky however most of the time it verifies my choosing xl
