These shorts are very light-weight and short with a 3" inseam.
Price
Really outstanding running shorts for the price.
Considering the cost, i can recommend these as economical run shorts.

I have a pair of ten thousand distance shorts, which were 4x the price of these, and i like the gradual's better.

Its fairly loose but is nice to have you can always wear snugger underwear underneath if you want more support

Running in them is fine but i would be hesitant to wear working out especially on one of the benches doing squats etc
