I bought this to fit under acu assault pack (not to be confused with the bigger framed pack).

It was supposed to be used, but arrived in new quality.

It's underhanded to just repackage something someone returned used and selling it as if new.

The waist straps fold into the pocket so they are out of the way.

Tight for a heavy woobie and poncho.

Very useful as a detachable pack on usgi rucksack.

Anyways, product came in on the 1st 6days before estimated.

Mine is a genuine usgi fanny pack, with no apparent flaws.
