Cons

Be aware of the quality of the product from this seller. To add to my complaint now, amazon is slow to refund so i have had to charge back the purchase. No response yet from the manufacturer.

I get why they want to do this, be more eco friendly, but shipping sensitive electronics this way is the dumbest idea i've ever heard. G skill is an absolute god awful company.

Got 3 long beeps then rebooted a few times and finally came on. After lots of cmos clearing and installing 1 stick at a time to troubleshoot, it turns out i have one dead stick. Tried the other stick solo, worked just fine.

One ram stick carried my pc for a few days.

However these 2 16 gb (32 gb total) work great by themselves and provided significant improvement.

I did have to go into the bios to unlock the speed i wanted out of them, but that is super easy on newer motherboard bios software.

Price

You really get what you pay for.

Competitiveness

It's hard to find a definite yes or no if 2 different sizes of the same brand and speed will work and in my case, it did not.

I went from 33% to 85% performance on the chips.
