Pros

Upgraded my lenovo legion y740 from 16gb of stock samsung ddr4 2666. This is in an i7 7th gen/geforce gtx 950m laptop with 256gb ssd boot drive on windows 10 home. It takes about a minute for the laptop to do a full post after swapping the ram.

Gskill has a lifetime warranty, so no worries about quality. Noticeable performance increase. Price for performance is good. The specification is slightly better, they are also cheaper.

Skill sodium ram is a high-performance memory kit that offers a great balance of speed, reliability, and affordability. Junto with un buen ssd, hacen que tu portátil vuele. X16gb lg for 64gb total.

Cons

Customer service was not helpful. Will be returning for some dual rank ram. In the picture, the ram appears to be dual rank, but this ram is single rank.

Works great, ramped up the acer nitro flawlessly, highly recommend

Easy install not boot issues immediately recognized and my laptop is so much happier to run now giving more overhead with gaming as well

My previous 32gb+8gb configuration was running only single channel and tests as slower.

Skill and 2x16gb lg for 64gb total.

Price

This was one of the cheaper 32gb sodimm sets and was a great value for a basic business laptop.

But, it only was running 16gb of ram, and being on a budget i figured i'd give these a try.

Shipping

Delivery was very quick, very happy, happy with the results.

The sodimms arrived promptly and worked perfectly.

Noticeably faster, in that i was moving sooner than my response rate (didn't realize how slow i respond til now).

Packaging/appearance

Comes with a neat metallic sticker if you're into that.

Competitiveness

Only issue is they run at 2400mhz instead of 2600mhz but that’s on dells side and not the ram manufacturer.

Note to anyone installing this on a similar hp elitebook.
