Skill generally makes nice ram, and this kit was simple to install and runs well.

Its been working great, for any first time builders make sure to set it up properly in your bios so its reading at its advertised speed

Turning it on lead to the inability to boot into bios and essentially made restarting worthless as it would just black screen.

I purchased this product and when i installed it the stability problems got worse.

Always choose non-rgb versions of memory for the lower cost and basic color scheme like the original g.

Ordered another set, (props to amazon for sending out a new one very quickly) and ever since installing the new kit, zero issues.

Competitiveness

Pairs well with an amd ryzen 7 7700x am5 processor, asus prime b650-plus amd am5 motherboard, and a samsung 990 pro 1tb pcie 4.

Msi, asus and gigabyte have some growing pains on am5.
