Highlights
Quality
Easy upgrade, fits nicely, recognized instantly and allows xmp profile to be set within bios.
Has been very stable in a firewall that runs 24hrs and 7 days.
Laptop would fail to post after multiple attempts so use 1 stick vs 2, power on/off cycles, old ram + new ram combos, etc.
So i installed the original ram, reverted to my default clock speeds and voltage, powered down, installed the new ram and viola!
Price
Great value too, thumbs up for g-skill on this part.
Buying a 5200mt/s memory stick for a system that will only run 4800mt/s would be a waste of money.
Shipping
Upgraded my alienware m18 r1 from 32gb 5600mhz ram it shipped with (dec 2023) to 64gb 5600mhz with this g.
Packaging/appearance
I love that the sticker it comes with also lets everyone know that i'm packing a serious punch!
Competitiveness
Highly recommend this brand, and these sticks actually are more temperature cooler than my stock brand ones.
I have also used them in dell, sager, msi, clevo, and other hp laptops with no issues.
Some products were labeled better than others and this wasn't even on the company's list.
