Decent ram sticks are very stable and run full speed on a msi pro z790-a max wifi proseries motherboard with 14th gen core i9.

Enabling xmp caused errors when 4 sticks were installed.

Setting up a new 7950x3d system, this memory hit target latency/frequency without issue.
