After lots of cmos clearing and installing 1 stick at a time to troubleshoot, it turns out i have one dead stick. Not memory controller, cpu, or motherboard ram socket issue.

Absolutely amazing work with this on my build, shreds google chrome
It fits perfectly no lights really good for gaming it’s sturdy
Three years down the road and two sticks out of the four went bad.
Never had erors running at docp profile at 3200mt and 1.
Price
A great price for so much memory from a top tier memory maker.
Overall thoughts: price is awesome for the quality and longevity, will have these for years to come!

Shipping
This arrived quickly (overnight) and worked out of the gate.
I shipped the sticks to them (i had to pay the shipment charges which is ok) and received the replacement sticks in about week.
Packaging/appearance
The contents were in a plastic transparent sleeve that was branded.
Inside the package talking about the ram.
Competitiveness
It's hard to find a definite yes or no if 2 different sizes of the same brand and speed will work and in my case, it did not.
I went from 33% to 85% performance on the chips.

The solution that i found was i had to go into the dram settings and increase dram voltage manually from the 1
