I spent a little more than i wanted to budget but no way in heck am i regretting this.
Competitiveness
As far as amd and am5 ddr5 memory i would choose g skills.
Skill trident z5 neo ddr5 ram is a stellar upgrade, especially for games like tarkov.
I'm guessing that this generation of ryzen prefers the samsung chip brand.
Some people had issues with other ram types/speeds, most likely using xmp (intel) ram in amd motherboards.

I’m not sure if it’s the memory or the motherboards but have tried this product on several motherboards and have stability issues when overclocking to 6000mhz with amd expo and different cpus

This ram is sooooo fast but if you have an amd cpu it’s going to automatically underclock it

I have a 7800x3d and my ram clock speed dropped down to 4500

Would have been quicker if the motherboard i was using had better software support of expo

I still had to flip several of the timingvoltage settings to get it tuned correctly

Once i flipped those settings the dram fired up at the 6000 speed without any trouble
