Pros

No more bending and twisting to find that elusive product all the way in the back of the cabinet. Adds more usable shelving w/o having to move the front items around. Quality construction and looks at reasonable pricing.

Product works well and looks good. We have the two tier model of the item and it works perfectly.

Received quickly, well packaged, and easy to install. Not for a novice to install but not horrible difficult either. This particular on was installed in my camper in a hard to reach place.

Glide is an easy-to-install pantry tool. Glides softly and easily.

Cons

They aren't ferrous metal so a magnetized bit won't hold them. They look good, but the screws stripped. Waste of money.
