They're soft and stretchy and give support. They hold in my gut and are very flattering. They feel so good i wear them all day with a tunic top.

These pants show a lot of sweat and so they definitely are not my favorite for the intense workouts that i do. Not for girls with thicc legs. They slide down in the leg and waist area and i'm constantly having to pull them up.
