There are instructions how to fold it up small on amazon, but not included with the pack.

Good quality price ratio, can't beat itbought 2 and couldn't be more pleased

There is no hip strap or alotof paddi g so if you plan on filling it to the max with heavy items and going on a long backpacking trip this is not the bag for you
