I am 54 147 lbs and the shirt fit fine in the shoulders and body but the length of the arms and shirt in general were very long

I wear these every morning to walk and even my expensive sun shirts seem to age and turn gray pretty quickly

Overall the fit was too large the sleeves hung too long for me to be able to use the thumb holes
