Pros

This rack/table mount power supply switching module is top notch. The rack mounts are easily removable if need be, and it comes with feet as an alternate. Comes with brackets that you can use to make the unit rack-mountable.

All the features listed in the description are quite nice and the customer service from vanns is exceptional. For the price, impossible to beat. Pro:very nice looking.

There are 7 outlets that can be configured for delayed power-on functions, and 3 always-on outlets. You have very tight receptacles that hugged the plugs very well. It works fine, has ample outlets and even has an outlet on the front panel.

Lcd panel is clear, with large-enough lettering. Leds provide the status of the outlets and an overload condition, if one should occur. Display and led brightness can be adjusted to suit the environment.

Apc by schneider electric is the best. I wish all companies would offer a lifetime warranty like apc. Apc is a very loyal company.

Cons

Their webpage is a bureaucratic hodgepodge; a labyrinth of confusion.

I have added an rme adi-2 pro fs be ad/da to my studio for extremely high quality mixing and mastering.

Great peoduct i own 5 and never had a problem with any equip connected .

I purchased this a few years ago and recently it failed; it started turning on and off by itself, and not responding to its power button.

The apc is a much, much higher quality unit, with completely isolated outlets and associated components.

Price

Listen this is a great power conditioner for the money.

This is simply the best you can get under $400.

For the price you can’t bear the quality though.

I found this apc on amazon with good reviews and excellent switching options for $137.

Delay times can be configured from 1 to 60 seconds.

Packaging/appearance

The module comes securely packaged and has an instruction manual that details all of the configuration options and settings.

Also, the box was very beat up and half way open.

Competitiveness

It seems well made and i think it is better than any of the competitive devices at this price point.

I did do research and this unit seems to condition and protect as good or better than others in this price range.

I do not have a use for lights, and it has way more features than every other pc in this price range.

I came upon a comparison recently between this apc and a furman unit where both were opened to show the difference between them.
