Pros

The mesh is much more comfortable and breathable than leather or fabric. This chair is really comfy to sit in while working. The only thing i don't love about the chair is at the front of the chair, where your thighs touch.

The lumbar support is fantastic and has alleviated feels good for my head/neck. It is good for posture and can recline as well. Heavy cross bracing allows the individual feel to be flex resistant.

Gabrylly is definitely the best among ergonomic chair providers. Overall the chair looks very modern and sleek. This chair is awesome!

It's super sturdy and glides like a dream. You can tweak it in all sorts of ways to make it just right for you. The only complaint is that the seat is an inch or two wider, but it detracts little from the overall rating of this chair.

I was sent “blade wheels” at no cost.

It is for a very reasonable price too.

Having said, i had some noise and was addressed as quickly as possible, great customer service which is very odd to find these days.

To my amazement they emailed me back and said they'd ship me out a set at no cost to me.

I emailed my request and they were shipped no problem.

I emailed gabrylly and they promptly replied to my email and sent me a replacement screw in the mail.

Packaging/appearance

The packaging was excellent, ensuring the chair arrived in perfect condition, and it was extremely easy to assemble.

I used the packing box standing on end and it was tall enough to accomplish the task.

It arrives in a large branded box with all of the parts packed inside.

The largest unassembled piece is the backrest and the box isn't much bigger than that.

You won't find better plastics, but mesh is not everyone's favorite surface.
