Pros

The quality of customer support is why i chose this chair over others. My only question now is why not include these items and instead of sending them after a purchase? The faq and customer contact w/qr, phone and email information are very well put.

It's a full mesh chair, so it's good for long sitting periods without getting a hot or sweaty back. The wheels are solid and move easily across the carpet, and the swiveling is smooth. It is sturdy, rolls like a charm and i love the mesh seat.

The chair meets all criteria except the last one. Overall, a very satisfactory experience. All of which are around my area.

The built-in mesh lumbar gives support without feeling like a cinderblock is being pressed into your spine. Some people may need a lumbar pillow (which they offer) as they get adjusted to proper sitting position.

Cons

Putting a cushion on the chair isn't an option either because doing so puts your back height in a position that doesn't line up with the contoured shape of the backrest. A pillow isn’t an adjustable feature, it’s an accessory.
