The mesh is much more comfortable and breathable than leather or fabric. It’s cool, the seat is comfortable in an almost hammock sort of sensation. The only thing i don’t love about the chair is at the front of the chair, where your thighs touch.

The recline is limited but locks in a fully engaged position. I love that it locks in 3 different reclining positions. They offer a separate additional lumbar pillow to go with the chair.

Having said, i had some noise and was addressed as quickly as possible, great customer service which is very odd to find these days.

To my amazement they emailed me back and said they'd ship me out a set at no cost to me.

I emailed gabrylly and they promptly replied to my email and sent me a replacement screw in the mail.

They quickly responded to my email and immediately sent out a replacement part with simple instructions on how to replace the part.

Packaging/appearance

The packaging was excellent, ensuring the chair arrived in perfect condition, and it was extremely easy to assemble.

I used the packing box standing on end and it was tall enough to accomplish the task.

It arrives in a large branded box with all of the parts packed inside.

The largest unassembled piece is the backrest and the box isn't much bigger than that.

Overall, this chair has exceeded my expectations from an unknown brand.

The only thing better than the chairs comfort is how well this company treats its customers.

You won't find better plastics, but mesh is not everyone's favorite surface.
